Can Cancel Parentage Registry entry

Specifies users / groups who are able to cancel Parentage Orders that were added by mistake.

Note: Only for use by the Tasmanian Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages.

Processing of Parentage Orders is usually restricted to specific users / groups. This entry is used to specify who is entitled to cancel Parentage Orders added by mistake.

is true (the user / group can cancel Parentage Orders that were added by mistake) or false (the user / group cannot cancel Parentage Orders that were added by mistake).

Note: If this entry is not present, a setting of false is assumed.
